The Opportunity The Mortgage Production Partner role is designed to allow the Team Leader to focus on client conversion and growth, while ensuring that every lead is handled and nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Contribute:

• Provide an exceptional experience and level of communication for the referral partner on the
  front end of the process
• Schedule Dreams and Goals calls for the Team Leader
• Conduct prospect follow up using the CRM at a high level and ensuring proper notes and documentation are stored.
• Take loan applications over the phone while ensuring the application is complete, prior to loan submission to the Loan Coordinator (LC).
• Update the referral partner at every turn during the initial phases of preapproval.
• Provides email & calendar management on behalf of the Team Leader
• Be instrumental in allowing the Team Leader to focus on high value items every day

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and ability to work in a team atmosphere while adhering to closing deadlines.
